Mckinley got her first haircut today, just a trim to help her hair grow a little more evenly in the back. Nothing drastic. Of course, I took her to sweet n sassy for the occasion. Here are the pics and a play-by-play according to Mckinley...

Kennedy asked me to take a family picture last week and here's what she meant. Kennedy, Fancy Nancy and Blue Dog. If a picture that must include Fancy Nancy and Blue Dog is what it takes to get her to actually look at the camera and smile, then I'm on board.
Mckinley's favorite thing to do in K's room is to play on her bed in the princess net that goes above her bed.
Last week, Kennedy and Peyton had a playdate after school. They decided they needed to put make-up on themselves and because they are so thoughtful, they did not want to leave Mckinley out.

Then we went outside for a little fun in the sun.

Every night in the bathtub while the water is still running from the faucet, Mckinley picks up the bucket, fills it with water and hands it to Daddy to pour on her head. I don't know if she just likes the way it feels or if she thinks she's a big girl because that's what we do to rinse the shampoo out of Kennedy's hair. Either way, she's super cute while we do it.
